Attitude malhonnête à placer des options à l'insu du client. Le guichetier m'a sournoisement placé une option de 70$ pour rapporter le véhicule vide.Prenez garde! c'est abuser des touristes....

Is this real life? Excellent service with good use of kiosk check-in technology. Only issue is the additional "Air Tran Fee" that tacked on another $20+ to my prepaid rental.

Web checkin in completely unusefull! You can't go straight and pickup your car but you still need to stay on the line for 1 hr everytime! Really bad service! Guys at the desk really rude.

Fill up before you return the car !!! I didn't fill up Bc I was afraid I'd miss my flight. They charged $6 for gas !!!
