The staff were on it but failed to mention we’d be waiting around and changing buses. We waited in Kampot for half an hour when our destination was 20mins away.

Bus was cancelled and had to take next available. Totally full; everyone cramped. Fortunately made it in one piece. For 8 bucks from Phnom Penh to Kep, about what you'd expect.
