You get Airmiles, it's nicer than their sister chain "Food Basics" Watch out cause they got a couple of really nasty butchers at the meat counter. They go by the names "Sam & Ella"

Good selection of Gluten Free and non lactose milk alternatives. Well organized and clean. Staff are knowledgeable.
