Biggest group of useless cashiers I've ever encountered. I cashiered at two different Target stores before and this is just pitiful. Also watch out for unmanaged carts EVERYWHERE.

Strict with refunds. Sticks to the refund policy to a T. If you have trouble returning something, bring it elsewhere.
