Every time I return, this place is better. Their vegetable+egg galettes are divine. Breads are off the hook. Coffee is great. Granola is delish (and moving to a smaller retail bag was inevitable).

This Bake Shop has an amazing Tortas Ahogada birote. This bread is as close as you can get to the original hard crusty finish that can handle the dip in the salsa!

Today I was told that all breads are now vegan except on Fridays. they do some special event then. That's great news.

Great quiche, peach galette, sliced picnic bread, & drip coffee. I nearly gave up on this place after disappointing purchases at their farmers' market booth. Everything has been great in the shop

Try the gnarled up "Epi" everything bread sticks. Best baguette anywhere? Me say yes. Chocolate sourdough and the banana walnut breads both come highly recommended
