I like the convenience of having my Friday morning b'fast at the M&B upstairs, then going grocery shopping after. As with all Spinney's, the produce is first rate, but a bit pricier.

They really need to get a separate check out counter for the Pork they sell. Its sick trying to pay just behind someone buying pork and it's dripping moisture on the counter.

Sells Kale and has a variety of smoked fishes, be sure to check out market day which reduces prices of some key grocery items such as blueberries. They also sell organic and free range meat/chicken
