People at the main reception can be extremely slow. Sunday afternoons are very busy.

Don't take first time skiers to the recreational Wednesdays. If you tell them you've skied before, lying then fall down half the slope and speed into the wall unable to move, kinda obvious you lied ;)

Take the one day learn to ski/board course as you will get more from the recreational sessions afterwards!
