If yall want a amazing workout join the Zumba! It's fun an motivation.You will lose some pounds! Just remember to tight your tummy in while you are in there! Drink plenty of water B 4 and after class

This gym is huge that's why I like it but half the machines are rusted and don't work :-/ this is what I spend my hard earned money on? Switching gyms soon
