Шикарный вид на Даугаву и старый город. Сама библиотека впечатляет масштабами, много залов по научным направлениям, интернет, компьютеры для общего пользования. Вайфай с паролем в каждом зале свой.

Удобные залы для занятий, широкий выбор литературы. Для детей есть свой читальный зал, но для регистрации требуется согласие кого-то из родителей.
