The clerks and librarians are always friendly and will let you know if other holds that haven't been shelved are available, so you don't have to make a return trip.

Not clean. Rude employees. Noisy. Takes forever to get a book you ordered from another branch. Limited book selection. Strange patrons that talk to themselves. There are better options elsewhere
