The staff is kind and helpful. Great ambiance, especially natural neighborhood. Only disappointed thing is self parking area. It has narrow roads. I don't like it.

Had a fab staycation! Hotel & grounds: awesome. Stayed on concierge level: amazing service, yum food in lounge & open bar @ limited times. Valet park or long walk to garage. Already planning a return.
