Unfortunately not at all a 5 star. The suite which I splurged on was not ready for hours after check in time (which in decades of travel has never happened to me before) and the food is bad

One of the best hotel I've ever been to... Great selection of both Indonesian and International food... Enjoy the meal while gazing at Kuta beach beautiful scenery
