Room quit good. Hot water not hot. Air conditioning not cool enough. Breakfast . Less choices . Staff at front desk.. Zuranie i guess. Need to improving in services guest. Comm.. not good

Room is spacious. For just one person, it's more than enough room space. The bathroom is very nice with the shower room separated. Bed seems comfy and a table is provided.

Breakfast is so-so. I wouldn't pay for it let's put it that way. Toilet is not weird, it's western where the shower is separated. Overall, it's alright for a short stay.

Everything is good. Location, room, cleanness.. Etc. except lousy connectivity of wifi, the breakfast is so-so.

Value for money and good location. Might have problem if your driving as limited parking in front of hotel. Make reservation to avoid disappointment.

This hotel offer reasonable rate price and the rooms deco is very nice and modern. Only the toilet and showers are weird because they share the same door! Hehe

One of the best hotel in tawau offering the same rate. Modern deco executive hotel. Good service. Staff are well trained. Clean. Minus points: Toilet us weird. Tv is not clear.

Everything is great with this hotel! Room services & room rate is very cheap as well! Should try it out!
