Great location for an easy walk to the Towson Mall for restaurants and shopping.

Awful service. They will ignore every single customer service request for a month, and Starwood will not help you either.

Long hairs all over the bathroom. Horrible bar where patrons fall out of their stools, uncomfortable beds and old pillows... Not worth the price whatsoever.

It's a step up from a motel. I expected more from a Sheraton. In addition, the walls are so freaking thin, you can hear everything happening outside of your room. Thankfully it was only one night!

Staff is very friendly but hotel is just plain old and tired. Unfortunately no other SPG hotel in immediate area
