Hotel: quite nice, I recommend the new wing rooms, large and well furbished. Restaurant: a bit slow to get the food but that's ok, the lamb dishes are quite great.

Very nice wine tasting with the wines from the Seven Generations Winery. Two options - with appetizers or a five course dinner.
