Soap. Then I requested a 2nd face towel; twice since yesterday cos the room only had 1, it came quick 2day. I'm writing the corporate office about this place.

OMG! We had to change rooms cos the mattress was no good, then I took my pillow to the front desk to request another pillowcase cos mine looked liked it had toothpaste on it but the mngr said it was

No micro/refrig in standard rooms. Only in small kitchenettes on third floor. But same price as standard room. Elevator, YES.....very nice staff.
