When I called to ask for some extra pillows&a blanket, I was told they ran out. There’s a pullout couch in the room so had I needed to really use it, there would have been nothing for it. Not pleased

Free and fast wifi. Good breakfast. Nice room. In this hotel I feeling like at home. Amazing place!)

Great rooms and pet friendly! Great location but lots of college kids in and out all night. This hotel just needs a better clientele.

I am a Gold member but they need some serious customer service training. Most we're lovely but the exceptions almost ruined my visit.

Were perfectly happy to cash a $50 travellers cheque - even though I'd scrubbed CVS out as they'd refused to earlier in the evening. Kind of them.
