Very poor service disgusting breakfast rude and obnoxious staff checked out one day earlier after the way we were treated would definitely not recommend the hotel go anywhere else in Chester

Average hotel with bland exterior and interior. Below par food. Mixed service (normally cheaper younger staff with mixed skills). Avoid unless a golfer.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous spa facilities. Shame the service food and drink wise was so shambolic
