Nice spacious comfy room tho cld be brighter. Breakfast could be better for a Hyatt but still good. Good wifi. Excellent staff service, great location next to malls w food court & supermarket.

Really impressive 30 floor foyer - go straight out the driveway, across the street, thru Shin Kong Plaza and out the opposite door. Walk straight until you hit the lake for tons of restaurants.

The buffet lunch is good, but compared to similar hotels in the are, there are fewer choices here. The food was tasty and they have an area for kids with tv, crayons, paper.
