Heather: the beds are adjustable. There is a sign about the adjustable beds at front desk; sorry you missed out on one of the best features of this hotel. Clean rooms & great made to order breakfast.

Room service stops at 9pm. Not sure why since the bar is open till 10? Makes sense to be available for travelers coming in after 9. Other than that the hotel is great.
