They don't have ice machines but you can get ice from the restaurant. WiFi had issues on 30Sep15 front desk entered a trouble ticket with AT&T but no response after 2 hours. Check in was simple.

Excellent service and accommodations. Try to stay on the 5th floor to get concierge at breakfast and supper on weeknights. Great crab cakes at Twist.

After checking in to your room, head on down to Twist Midtown Grill & Bar just off the lobby for a Velvet Elvis Cocktail and the Banging Shrimp appetizer!

Don't stay in room 220 or 218. They overlook the pool and screaming kids will wake you up in the mornings.

You can ask for a warm cookie at the front desk any time you want.

The Internet still sucks here! If you don't have a MIFI or hotspot don't plan on getting anything done

First room smelled musty and the AC did not work so they moved us two floors down to a smaller room. AC worked but the room smelled like crappy cleaner mixed with very bad potpourri.
