Great downtown location, close to museum, and other sites.friendly and helpful staff, very clean. Appreciated free shuttle to the airport and the help with our bags.

Room 109 is really close to the lobby and elevators making it incredibly noisy. Plus there is all the street noise. The room is clean though and the bed is nice

Friendly staff but they seem overwhelmed. Room was small and not clean looking. Could use new paint. Shower was dangerously hot and fluctuated temps. 3/5 stars.
