The customer service, called reception to change room due to a noisy wedding outdoors. Got moved to a cottage all to ourselves.

Check-in starts at 3, we were early so expected a wait, 2 hours after our check-in and an hour after that advertised we got our key. To find out room is next to a loud wedding party. Not impressed.

Old world luxury but very dark. The most expensive rooms have internal wrought iron staircases and an upstairs bath and shower room. Set in an extensive country park
