Everything here is solid. Good breakfast, free coffee 24/7 as well as some fruit. Service always happy to do what you need. Definitely most VFM place in the area.

Get to your room early if it's hot. Hotel won't turn on air conditioner in your room before you arrive. 90 degrees at 9 pm isn't fun. They're saving money.

Free breakfast until 930am, waffles are doughy if you take them out right away, leave them in for 10 extra seconds to make them perfect!
