usually Best Westerns are cheap, but working... wifi was spotty, heat/AC system not consistent, and beds were uncomfortably firm!!!! On the plus side, the complimentary breakfast bagels were amazing

Staff are friendly people. Fast acting when you request something. Needed extra pillows and got them in less than 2 min.

Great rooms with kitchens.... Soon all will be renovated also!
