Semplice cucina rustica umbra: torta al testo calda preparata sul fuoco, affettati, formaggi. Menù abbastanza ristretto. Ottimi strangozzi al tartufo!

Go on Sunday. Fixed menu. €30pp. Seemingly includes water and wine, coffee and grappa. Plus 5 course meal. Fresh stone baked bread.

By far, the most beautiful Restaurant experience in Eataly. Sorry, Italy. It is at the top of the mountain and not so easy to get to. Make sure you have a designated driver.
