Super friendly staff and tender, flavorful BBQ. I loved the well-stocked salad bar. The tea was fresh and the peach cobbler was the best I've ever had!

They serve the mustard-based Carolina-style barbecue sauce, but the dishes are very much Texan, such as the brisket quesadilla.

Peggy Sue BBQ may reside in tony Snider Plaza, but it's definitely more down-home than Uptown.

Loved everything! Baby back ribs are boss. The side dishes rock too. Try sweet potater tots & the spinach!! I know, the spinach?! But it's GREAT!!
