The worst eating experience in a long time. The waitress was not attentive at all, didn’t ask my 9year old and myself once for a refill. Dropped the food so it spilled on me, but hardly apologized

Sloooooow and just not the quality I'm accustomed to moving here from Texas. Don't think they are trained in customer service. Take out has been rude both times I've used them.

This place is so slow! They wait was 20 min but I waited longer. They had empty tables and dirty tables that were just vacant. No one came to clean them so they could seat the guest they had waiting!

One of my worst experiences at Chillis, only had 1 glass of water my entire meal...my Light and Healthy meal was sitting in grease that was seperating from the sauce, our appetizers were wrong
