Won't be returning. Fish wasn't good. Refried Beans looked as if they'd been left out awhile. Waiter wasn't paying attention instead of checking to see if my card was in it, he just put on counter.

Tex-Mex food is solid. Soups are super tasty. Place has a locals kind of feel. It's the view, though that brings everyone back.

The trout sandwich was awesome. They use a lot of local produce. The lemon garlic aioli was perfect.

Great food, great service, great mountain views. My wife follows a special diet and the staff at the Canyons were easily able to accommodate. We will be back!
