The chicken & poblano chimichanga. Flour tortilla is a bit thick, but otherwise much better than standard airport fare.

Great Tex Mex in an airport restaurant. Fish tacos and ceviche were excellent. A few locals on tap and the obligatory macro brews.

One of the best places to eat in the terminal. Accommodating staff who will make sure you get food/drink before your flight. The chimichanga is a hit.
