Staff were very attentive and food was really good. It seems like the kind of place where you could really go wild with lots of side orders, starters and drinks.

Slightly disappointed, upon arrival we were informed that they no longer serve medium rare due to health and safety issues. We ordered medium but got burgers that we pretty much well done.

Apparently this place has the ability to run out of fries at midday. I didn't even know that that was possible. Combine that with inattentive, rude staff left a sour taste after the fine "proper" food

The only Byron in the chain where I regularly get cold burgers and chips. Staff constantly ignoring the food waiting and waiting right next to them.... not impressed.

Great atmosphere! Best table is the little one under the stairs. Cosy and you can the majority of the Windows, overlooking the river.
