I ordered soup, chopped salad,2 pieces of cake at 7:11 pm. At I called the store. Soup the issue. Finally at 7:30 my food arrives. Apparently they have to take some one off the grill to make soup

Yes their signature hot dogs and Italian beef are must have menu items, but portillo's also has great chicken sandwiches and burgers.
