This was, weirdly and sadly, the only good espresso I found on the big island, and the only barista that had even heard of a ristretto. Service could have been friendlier.

Order the Green Flash & then head south to Two Step Beach. Swim with the dolphins & head back for a lunch time Chicken Panini. Repeat everyday for the rest of your life.

Get a coconut latte, a cheap french toast breakfast sandwich made on local Hawaiian sweet bread, and use their wifi in the ivy-covered tiny patio area around the corner.
