Fri 10.20am. The only 2-seater sofa occupied. No place to sit while waiting for my turn to open account. Staff not friendly. Customer experience at OCBC Puchong is way better compare to UOB Puchong.

Arrogant staff, bad service, was just asking if my cc replacement is reach to collect, wasted almost 20mins to wait for check, end up got answered by a bloody rude face.

Bad service. bank's officer has no clue. just wasted 45 Mins just to be told to go to counter and after asked to go another branch. Govt office is more efficient
