Really poor customer service and by the branch manager I found out after the fact. Common sense and critical thinking are not skills he has in dealing with the public. Go to another branch!

I use the atm only...if u r willing to drive to the next BOA please do!Its not worth it going inside and just wasting your time and nerves.
