Very professional, fast service, and great customers service. Called on Sunday and appointment was set for Monday. Removed 2 ice dams within the minimum one hour time. Always returned phone calls.

I called them the morning after I found a leak from an ice dam. The were able to get out that afternoon and solved the issue. I would use them again if needed.

Last year during a harsh winter we had an ice dam on our roof. We called the ICE DAM GUYS and they came out the next day. We would use the ICE DAM GUYS again and highly recommend them!

We had an unusually severe winter & thick ice dam developed on our eaves. A slow drip started in the bedroom. Ice Dam Guys showed up within the hour & nipped the problem in the bud.
