Kadriorg Palace, is an art museum with a great selection of classic paintings and furniture. The museum is well worth a visit and there is a nice coffee shop

Excellent after restoration. Amazing exterior, by Rastrelli, for Peter Ist. Inside you won't see almost any original deco, you visit it as a painting museum, not as a palace.
