If you're only buying a ticket and not checking bags, head straight for the kiosk. The main ticket lines are really understaffed. Nice enough employees, though!

Print your ticket at home but make sure you get a tag for your baggage. Also don't bother with getting a burger. They are much better at the McDonalds nearby.

Definitely arrive two hours early or buy ur tickets ahead. They have one person working front desk n there are beggars and crooks.

Google maps doesn't show this on my iPhone, but this is where you go to board your train. Booking over the phone (800 #) costs an extra $6. I also was unable to get anyone at this location to pick up.

Get here early customer service will not rush to ensure you catch your bus. Best to buy ad print to tickets online.
