The meat department is good, but expect to pay regularly a dollar or two more for nearly everything unless it's on sale.

Nice there are sanitizing wipes for cleansing the cart handles. A cursory, judgmental look at some of the shoppers here will conjure up images of things even the strongest of immune just can't combat.
