Keokuk's largest city park is home to a variety of events, including the Civil War Reenactment, City of Christmas light and decoration display, and Fourth of July celebration.

Check out the City of Christmas! It opened Thanksgiving night and will be up through the holiday season. Be sure to have your wallet handy at the end to leave a donation. There's a CoC 4sq venue, too.
