I watched him bully a woman who had reservations for a 2 bed room into taking TWO rooms at a higher price because "i only have 1 bed rooms left" & "sorry you pay more" as reasons

this hotel owner was rude, would not honor reservations made 3 weeks earlier via priceline, (even with the printed confirmation - he said that wasn't enough)...
