El mal trato, no todos, pero en puntos claves de servicio.No me gustó la comida ni desayuno. Las cenas estuvieron mejor.No regreso ni recomiendo.Hay hoteles del mismo precio que traen mejor servicio.

Agree nizuc better for teens. Wake up early to mark good chairs. Get cheap towel clips next time.

Food poison alert. Three members of my family, wife, older and younger sons developed nausea, diarrhea and body aches during our six day stay at Moon Palace Sunrise. I would not visit this place again

Staff is great and super friendly. Golf is excellent. The rest of you could think of a hotel/all inclusive is quite mediocre.

To put it simply: The best you'll hope for here is mediocrity. The guest experience is mixed, with departments communicating poorly. Room keys went dead, food is mostly bland, room flooded twice.
