Daniel from the front desk has no idea on how to treat guests. We had no water on our last day and received no apology whatsoever. Our tour was scheduled at 1pm and were forced to leave the room at 12

Hermoso lugar: los senderos, las vistas. Disfruté los Cables de aventura y el de Tarzán: ¡Geniales! La comida y servicio de restaurante fue regular; en cambio, los guías y recepcionistas muy buenos.
