A very nice hotel with a great location 15 minutes walk from Birmingham city center. Room is clean and teddy with a large tv, stuff are nice. Totally recommend the breakfast, but not dinner.

Convenient if your going out on broad street, beds are comfy too! Try not to be too rowdy, likely they will kick you out.

Lifts are noisy so avoid rooms nearby, sat nights lots of late, noisy arrivals back in rooms

Ask 4 higher floor unless U're part of the big party down there, then preferrably on the East side of the building; U don't want to miss the view & that sunrise! :-)

Some seem to disagree but lovely staff, food and rooms. Stayed previously and would do so again.
