From the moment we arrived the property and staff were/was wonderful. I truly appreciated the concierge, Chloe, who helped find a solution with our luggage. Two quiet pools were very relaxing.

Wonderful property with an exceptional staff. Extremely accommodating, so much so that we booked another night. Great front desk staff and all employees were met with a smile and a warm greeting.

Charming older business oriented hotel. I like the property but some may feel it's a little overpriced for what it is. Food is very good for hotel food though it's a hotel so it's pricey.

Beautiful resort, they offer free bikes,shuttles to fashion island and balboa island, and more. Location is so good as well, I highly recommend this place to stay in Newport beach
