Carolina Cave (Carolina Grotto)
Caroline Cave is a cave on the right cliffs of the bay. It was once the property of Caroline Cauchi, a rich woman from Victoria. Later she founded the Augustinian Sisters on Gozo and donated almost all of her land, including the cave and other land in Xlendi.

Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Katidral tal-Assunta tal-Verġni Marija)
Built on the site of a Roman temple dedicated to the goddess Juno, the present church was constructed between 1697 and 1711. The Cathedral, enclosed in the Citadel, is a fine baroque structure in the form of a Latin cross. It is built entirely from local lime stone.

Saint Julian's Tower (Torri ta' San Ġiljan)
Historically known as the De Redin Tower or Torre di San Giuliano, it was one of thirteen towers built during the magistracy of Grand Master De Redin to guard the coast against incursions by the Turks or Moorish pirates. It was built in 1659 and were equipped with muskets, artillery and ammunition.
